摘要： PURPOSE: A gas cooking machine having a surface combustion burner is provided to perfectly burn a mixture gas by forming a combustion unit inside a body with a bowl shaped trivet. CONSTITUTION: A gas cooking machine having a surface combustion burner comprises a body(100), a chamber(200), and a combustion unit(300). An upper part of the body is cylindrical, and a mixture gas supply pipe is connected to the body. The chamber is formed into a stepped shape along an inner circumference of the body. The chamber forms constant pressure while the mixture flows through the supply pipe. A mixing chamber is formed between an outer circumference of the combustion unit and the inner circumference of the body. The combustion unit forms flame by burning the mixture gas. The mixture gas flows into the mixing chamber through a plurality of grooves formed in a circumferential direction of the mixing chamber.
