    摘要: PURPOSE: A wire rod processing system is provided to improve working productivity of a wire rod by in-lining correction and hardening processes of the wire rod, thus continuously processing the wire rod. CONSTITUTION: In a wire rod processing system comprising a correction unit for correcting a wire rod coiled on an idle bobbin, and a hardening unit for hardening the corrected wire rod, the wire rod processing system is characterized in that the correction unit is arranged in rear of the idle bobbin to correct vertical and horizontal directional bends of the wire rod (W) coming out from the idle bobbin as the wire rod (W) is being uncoiled from the idle bobbin, and the hardening unit(400) comprises a housing(410) arranged adjacently to the exit side of the correction unit; a hollow rotation shaft(420) which is rotationally installed at the housing(410), and in an axial direction of which a hollow part(423) is installed; a rotation drum(430) which is installed at one end portion of the hollow rotation shaft(420) so that the rotation drum(430) is rotationally moved, and one side of which is opened; first and second blocks(440,450) which are installed correspondingly to the inner part of the rotation drum(430); first roll dies(460) which is rotationally installed at the first block(440); second roll dies(470) which is rotationally installed at the second block(450) to transfer the wire rod (W) backward as rolling the surface of the wire rod (W); driving means(481,482) for rotating the first and second roll dies(460,470) in the same direction; and a power supply means(500) which is installed at the hollow rotation shaft(420) to supply a power source to the driving means(481,482).

CONSTITUTION: A bobbin assembly for a wire rod comprises a pair of mounting bolts(61L,61R) uprightly installed near both sides of a rotating shaft(30) on a base(20), holding members(71,72) of which both ends are combined to the mounting bolts and covering the outer face of the rotating shaft, linings(81,82) placed between the holding members and the rotating shaft and rubbing against the rotating shaft, control nuts(91,92) connected to the mounting bolts and pressurizing the holding members upon the rotating shaft, and a brake unit(60). The rotational speed of the bobbin is controlled by properly rotating the control nuts depending on the processing speed of a wire rod. Therefore, the lowering of the wire rod is prevented.

The heating process comprises the steps of heating the vacuum furnace at 620 to 670 deg.C for about 3 hrs; heating the vacuum furnace at 820 to 870 deg.C for about 3 hrs; and heating the vacuum furnace at 1020 to 1050 deg.C for about 5 hrs.
