摘要: A non-supporting prestressed form for beams is provided to transfer its self weight as well as pouring pressure and load of concrete to the opposite ends, while enabling fast construction using al lower space of a beam as a working spot during curing of concrete since, since installation of a supporting post is redundant. A non-supporting prestressed form(100) for beams comprises a sheathing board(110), a center fixation(120), and a tensioning member(130). The sheathing board comprises a side sheathing board(112) on lateral sides of a beam and a lower sheathing board(111) to form lateral sides and lower side of the beam. The center fixation is installed in the middle of length direction of the sheathing board, comprising a support(121) fixed to support the sheathing board, and a fixed piece(122) hinged to the support. The tensioning member as a member installed on the outside of side sheathing board on lateral sides of the sheathing board for tensioning, is installed from an upper side of one end of the side sheathing board to an upper side of the other end via the fixed piece of the center fixation.

摘要: A non-support type prestressed beam form and an installation structure of thereof are provided to exclude the necessity of installation of timbering by transferring the dead weight of a member, concreting pressure and concrete load to two ends. A non-support type prestressed beam form(100) installed to a beam for constructing a concrete beam in a construction field for resisting the dead weight of a member, concreting pressure and concrete load without timbering includes a beam sheathing board(110) composed of two side sheathing boards(112) and a bottom sheathing board(111), an intermediate anchorage(120) fixed to the middle of the beam sheathing board and composed of a support plate supporting the bottom sheathing board of the beam sheathing board and an anchor plate expanding to support the beam sheathing board more stably, thereby to disperse the dead weight of the beam sheathing board and the pressure and load of concrete placed in the beam sheathing board to a tension member evenly, and a tension member(130) restrained to the anchor plate of the intermediate anchorage and placed along the two side sheathing boards to increase the bending stress of the beam sheathing board and to transfer the load of the middle part to two ends.
