摘要: 본 발명은 휨 부재 중앙부에서 유압잭으로 강선을 긴장하여 휨 부재에 압축력을 유도할 경우 이용되는 강선지지구와 강선 긴장용 유압잭 및 이들을 이용한 휨 부재 가변지주 공법에 대한 것이다.
본 발명의 강선지지구는 슬래브 하부에 길이 방향으로 배치되는 강선을 지지하기 위하여 슬래브 길이 방향 중앙부 하측에 결합되는 강선지지구에 관한 것으로, 슬래브 하부에 부착되는 고정플레이트; 상기 고정플레이트 하부에 서로 일정 간격 이격되도록 결합되는 것으로, 상기 강선이 사이에 위치되고 서로 대응되는 위치에 복수의 고정공이 수직 방향으로 일정 간격 이격되도록 형성되는 제1지지바 및 제2지지바; 상기 제1지지바 및 제2지지바 타단에 결합되는 지압플레이트; 및 상기 제1지지바와 제2지지바 사이에 구비되는 것으로, 상기 제1지지바의 고정공과 제2지지바의 대응되는 고정공 중 어느 한 쌍에 양측이 결합되어 강선을 슬래브 하측 방향으로 지지하는 강선지지체; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서는 피스톤의 양측에 장착된 강선긴장바의 후크를 휨 부재의 양단에 정착한 강선의 중앙부에 걸어, 강선지지구의 지압플레이트를 지압하면서 강선을 끌어당기는 간단한 구조 및 방법으로 휨 부재에 압축력을 가함으로써, 확실한 보강 효과를 얻을 수 있다.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a prefabricated frame with a modular mold which can remarkably simplify a mold process by directly attaching a modular mold to a prefabricated frame formed by reinforcing rods or reinforcing rods and section steels which are combined with horizontal reinforcing rods. According to the present invention, the construction can be facilitated as multiple unit modules which form the top plate structure of a girder bridge are produced, installed and assembled, and the construction can be simplified as the structure enables on-site installation by being manufactured at different places. The durability of the present invention can be improved with the waterproof layer and the waterproof unit that prevent inner component members such as steels from being corroded by moisture, and the structure can be installed to a watery place or a place in which steels can be easily corroded, without restrictions.
