摘要: 본 발명은 전기방사 장치에 관한 것으로서, 방사용액 주탱크(1), 정량펌프(2), 노즐블럭(4), 노즐블럭에 배열된 노즐(5), 노즐로부터 방사되는 나노섬유들을 집적하는 컬렉터(8) 및 상기 노즐블럭과 컬렉터에 전압을 걸어주기 위한 고전압발생장치(7)로 구성된 전기방사장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐블럭(4)은 노즐(5)들이 양쪽 면에 배열된 단위노즐블럭(4a) 2개 이상이 한글의 자음형태, 한글의 모음형태, 영어의 알파벳형태, 다각형 형태 및 동심원상의 방사선 형태 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태로 배열되어 있는 단위노즐블럭의 세트(4b)들이 지면을 기준으로 상하 방향으로 배열된 형태이고, 상기 컬렉터(8)는 상기 노즐(5)들과 일정한 거리를 유지한 상태로 떨어져 있는 위치에서 상기 노즐(5)들을 감싸고 있는 형태로 회전하는 앤드레스 벨트(Endress Belt) 타입인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 단위 면적당 노즐 배열을 최대한 배열할 수 있어서 고속으로 나노섬유를 다량으로 생산할 수 있다.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a porous membrane and the porous membrane manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture a porous membrane having pores equally formed in regular size in a simple process according to electric spinning, and recycle a collector solution to regularly maintain a temperature, concentration, and pH of the collector solution. An electric charge is applied to a high polymer spinning solution supply container(1) through a high voltage generator(A). A predetermined amount of a high polymer spinning solution is discharged through a nozzle(2) attached to the high polymer spinning solution supply container. The discharged spinning solution is changed into jet stream(4) by electric force after forming a Taylor cone. The formed jet stream is immersed by a collector solution(B) contained in a collector container to which a high voltage is applied, so as to form a porous membrane on a surface of the collector solution. The porous membrane is separated from the collector solution by a base material(8) passing through the collector solution. The separated porous membrane is squeezed, dried, and wound. A predetermined amount of a collector solution is supplied to the collector container while discharging a predetermined amount of a collector solution from the collector container so as to regularly maintain surface height of the collector solution in the collector container. A temperature, concentration, and pH of the discharged collector solution are controlled to be supplied to the collector container again.

摘要: A nozzle block for an electro-spinning is provided to manufacture a nano fiber stacking body with a hybrid type without a separating laminating process. The first polymer spinning solution stored in the first polymer spinning solution tank is supplied to the inside of a nozzle block(1) through a supply line(3a) and a metering pump. The second polymer spinning solution stored in the second polymer spinning solution tank is supplied to the inside of the nozzle block through a supply line(4a) and a metering pump. The first and second polymer spinning solutions are supplied to the nozzles(A, B) arranged within the same nozzle blocks by a C-shaped distributing plate(2b) installed to the inside of the nozzle block.

摘要: Provided is an amphiphilic hybrid polymer containing hybrid nanoparticles, which has excellent thermal and mechanical properties, good solubility in water, and superior shape stability in an aqueous solution and is useful for various living appliances, medical materials, etc. The amphiphilic hybrid polymer containing hybrid nanoparticles is prepared by the steps of: dropping a solution comprising organic-inorganic hybrid nanoparticles having isocyanate groups into a hydrophilic polymer solution having a hydroxyl group; reacting the hydroxyl group of the hydrophilic polymer with the isocyanate groups of the hybrid nanoparticles to prepare a reaction mixture solution; feeding the reaction mixture solution to excessive distilled water to precipitate amphiphilic hybrid polymer in which the hybrid nanoparticles are introduced into the hydrophilic polymer by a urethane reaction; and washing and drying the precipitated amphiphilic hybrid polymer.

摘要: A nano fiber manufacturing method is provided to easily collect the nano fibers and to manufacture continuously the nano fibers through a simple process compared with the conventional technique. The high polymer spinning solution is electrically injected toward a base member(7) through a spinning nozzle(3) with an angle of 0.1-89 degrees against the horizontal surface of a collector so that a nano fiber(4) is manufactured. The spinning nozzle is located at nozzle plates(2) arrayed in parallel to the collector. The nano fiber manufactured by means of the base member is separated from the collector, dried and wound.

摘要: A complex material reinforced by a nano fiber and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a process and improve the productivity by manufacturing a complex material reinforced by a nano fiber in a continuous process, and improve all kinds of properties by increasing a contact area between a matrix component and a nano fiber by reinforcing the complex material with a nano fiber having a small diameter. A spinning solution for nano fiber formation(A) and a spinning solution for matrix(B) are contained in spinning solution main tanks, wherein the spinning solution for nano fiber formation has viscosity capable of forming fibers in electric spinning and the spinning solution for matrix has viscosity incapable of forming fibers in electric spinning. The spinning solution for nano fiber formation and the spinning solution for matrix are electrically spun on a collector to which a high voltage is applied, wherein the spinning solutions are electrically spun through different nozzles(2a,2b) of a nozzle block(2) to which a high voltage is applied by a high voltage generator.

摘要: A continuous mat and a method for manufacturing the same by using an electric spinning are provided to arrange a large number of nozzles within a very narrow space. High voltage is applied to a nozzle block(2). One or more unit blocks are arranged along horizontal and vertical directions so that a C-shaped combined nozzle block is manufactured. A collector(3) is a cylindrical conductor, surrounded and rotated by the nozzle block. The high voltage is applied to the collector. When performing an electric spinning, the C-shaped nozzle block and the cylindrical collector are simultaneously used. The nozzle block is operated toward left and right directions in order to uniformly integrate nano particles on the collector.
