    摘要: A print media rotary transport apparatus and a method thereof are provided to have a print media rotary transport unit to rotate a print media sheet around an axis orthogonal to a print media sheet plane. A print system(10) includes first to third sorter modules(18,20,22). Each of the first to third sorter modules has a print media rotary bypass and a print media rotary transport unit. The print media rotary bypass is operably connected to a print media input unit. The print media rotary transport unit is operably connected to the print media input unit. The print media rotary bypass selectively receives a print media sheet and transports the print media sheet to a first media output unit. The print media rotary transport unit selectively receives the print media sheet, rotates the print media sheet around an axis orthogonal to a print media sheet plane, and transports the rotated print media sheet to a second print media output unit. The first print media output unit is operably connected to the print media rotary bypass. The second print media output unit is operably connected to the print media rotary transport unit.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A sheet transferring and holding device is provided to hold a sheet to a flat orientation without adding unreasonable costs and complexity. CONSTITUTION: A sheet transferring and holding device comprises a belt(18), a vacuum plenum, and a static holding device. The belt is connected to a driving mechanism by an operation type, thereby being moved to a process direction passing by an image marking unit. The belt comprises a plurality of openings and supports a medium. The vacuum plenum is connected to a vacuum source by the operation type and applies negative pressure to the medium in order to hold the medium in the belt. The static holding device comprises a first fixing roller. The first fixing roller becomes separated from a transversal process direction from a second fixing roller.
