PURPOSE: A compound is provided to function as hole injection, hole transport, electron injecting, electron transportation and luminescent material etc in an organic electronic device or organic light-emitting device and exhibit excellent characteristic in efficiency, driving voltage and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A compound represented by a chemical formula 1 is provided. An organic electronic device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and one or more organic layers arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one layer among the organic layers includes the compound of the chemical formula 1. The organic layer includes at least one layer among an electron injection layer and an electron-transport layer. At least one layer among the electron injection layer and electron-transport layer includes the compound of the chemical formula 1. The organic layer includes a light-emitting layer.
