    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing high crystalline polypropylene microporous film excellent in permeability and mechanical properties by using high crystalline polypropylene with crystallization degree of more than 50% and high isotacticity. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: i) manufacturing precursor film by using high crystalline polypropylene having one or more of properties comprising a crystallization degree of more than 50%, an isotacticity of more than 95%, an atactic fraction of less than 5%, a density of more than 0.905g/cm¬3, a melting temperature of more than 164deg.C and a crystallization temperature of more than 125deg.C; ii) annealing the precursor film; iii) cold stretching the annealed film; iv) hot stretching the cold stretched film; and v) heat setting the hot stretched film.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a fine pore film produced by blending polyethylene and polypropylene, which can be used in a cell as a separator and has a low pore-closing temperature and excellent form integrity. CONSTITUTION: The fine pore film is produced by a process comprising the steps of: blending the polyethylene and the polypropylene in the weight ratio of 10:90 to 90:10 and melt-extruding and winding in the draw ratio of 20 to 200 to produce an original film; annealing and stretching the original film as long as less than 10% of the original film at 35deg.C lower than the melting temperature of the polyethylene to the melting temperature of the polyethylene; stretching the annealed original film as long as 20-80% of the original film at a temperature of -20 to 60deg.C; stretching the low temperature-stretched film as long as 50-200% of the original film at 80 to the melting temperature of the polyethylene.
