    摘要: PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition having high hardness is provided to maintain improved impact strength, mobility, and transparency and to enhance mechanical strength and flame resistance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of basic resins and 10-35 parts by weight of bromine based organic flame retardant. The basic resin is composed of 20-100 weight% of a methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and 0-80 weight% of a methylmethacrylate-styrene acrylonitrile copolymer. The content of the methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer is 45-70 weight% and is manufactured by emulsion graft polymerization.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to minimize bad influence on human body and a environment and to improve flame retardance by using two kinds of flame retarding aids. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 1040 parts by weight of a bromine-based organic flame retardant, 0.1-10 parts by weight of flame-retarding aide, based on 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin. The base resin consists of 10-90 weight% of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and 10-90 weight% of a styrene- acrylonitrile copolymer. The flame retarding aids are two or more selected from polysiloxane compounds, biotite, muscovite, ferric oxide, and calcium carbonate.
