    摘要: PURPOSE: An industrial harmful exhaust gas purification device is provided to prevent the clogging of a reacting matter supply pipe or the contamination of purifying solution. CONSTITUTION: An industrial harmful exhaust gas purification device comprises a reaction chamber(1), a finishing mounting plate(3), a reactant supply chamber(4), a porous plate(5), and a reactant supply tube(6). The finishing mounting plate is combined on the bottom surface of the reaction chamber. The finishing mounting plate comprises an elbow discharge pipe(31) and multiple residue discharge tubes(32). The reactant supply chamber is installed on the center of inside of the reaction chamber. The porous plate is installed in the upper side of the reaction chamber and is attached with a filter. The reactant supply tube is combined in one side of the mixing disappointment and is connected through a piping connection hole(11).

CONSTITUTION: An engraving board made of metal is cut in a necessary size(S1). Glass beads are sprayed on the prepared engraving board by an injection nozzle of an injection device and a surface treatment operation is processed so that uneven shapes are formed on the surface of the engraving board(S2). Abnormal materials are eliminated from the surface of the engraving board by spraying air via an air nozzle of an air compressor(S3). A sheet is adhered on the engraving board wherein patterns or characters are designed and holes are penetrated on the designed parts(S4). An engraving work is performed on the sheet adhered on the surface of the engraving board by spraying sand via a spraying nozzle of a sandblast machine(S5). Pigments with set colours are added to the designed parts of the engraving board(S7). The sheet is peeled from the engraving board(S8).
