상기 자동도장부는
천정면과 측면이 연결되어 막힌 구조로 천정면에는 외부 공기가 유입되는 급기부가 설치되고, 측면 중 일면에는 물순환이 이루어지는 워터부스가 설치되고, 상기 급기부를 통해 유입된 공기는 상기 워터부스의 상부에 형성된 배기부를 통해 배출되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle urethane coating device is provided to remarkably increase work convenience and efficiency by increasing a number of producible panel every day. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle urethane coating device comprises an automatic coating part, a preparation part and a discharge part. An object can be moved from an automatic coating part through a conveyer(C). Dirt is removed from an object for coating. A preparation part is arranged in front of the automatic coating part. The discharge part locates in a rear side of an automatic coating part to discharge the completed object. An air supply part(110) for inhaling external air is installed on ceiling. A water booth(130) for circulating water(130) is installed in one side. Air through the air supply part is discharged through a discharge part(120) formed on the upper part of the water booth.
