摘要： PURPOSE: A paper sleeve mounting apparatus is provided which is capable of mounting the paper sleeve into the hollow of coil by mechanically centering and cleaning the paper sleeve without manual operation of workers. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cleaning part comprising an up/down conveyor(20) installed in front of mandrel(14) into which coil is inserted in such a way that the up/down conveyor is ascended and descended, a brush roll(22) rotationally installed at the front end of the up/down conveyor, and an air nozzle(24) for ejecting air onto the brush roll; a centering part comprising a frame(36) rotationally installed on an upper part of the up/down conveyor, a screw shaft(38) which is installed at the front end of the frame, and at both sides of which screw threads are formed with being oppositely directed to each other, and a stopper(40) through which the screw shaft passes so that the stopper axially moves according to rotation of the screw shaft; and a control part for controlling the cleaning part and the centering part, wherein the control part comprises touch bar(60), proximity sensor(62), frame rotation sensing sensor(64), paper sleeve sensing sensor(66) and control panel(68).
