    摘要: PURPOSE: To provide hot rolling line for connecting a preceding metal sheet and a succeeding metal sheet during traveling of the metal sheets by appropriate arrangement circumstances of facilities and carrying out continuous rolling by proper arrangement of the facilities. CONSTITUTION: A hot rolling line is characterized in that a roughing mill(1) and a finishing mill(4) are installed in such a way that they are distanced from each other in a distance of 90 to 160 m, a coil box(2) is installed between the roughing mill and the finishing mill, the finishing mill performs finish rolling on a metal sheet unwound from the coil box, a distance between the coil box and the finishing mill is set to 70 m or less, a short time bonding apparatus(3) is disposed at the upper stream side of the finishing mill to bond a tail end of a preceding metal sheet(9) to a top end of a following metal sheet(6) within a short period of time while the metal sheets(11) are traveling, and the short time bonding apparatus is set in such a manner that the short time bonding apparatus starts bonding operation at a position corresponding to the maximum 55 m in front of the finishing mill and finishes bonding operation at a position corresponding to at least 15 m in front of the finishing mill.

    본 발명은 심재(110)와, 상기 심재(110)의 상부면과 하부면 중 적어도 한 면에 부착되는 외측판(120)을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널(100)에 있어서, 상기 심재(110)는 일측 방향으로 내부공간을 갖도록 돌출형성되는 복수개의 딤플(112)이 종방향과 횡방향으로 일정패턴으로 반복적으로 형성되며, 상기 딤플(112)은 서로 이웃하는 딤플(112)이 길이방향에 대하여 직각을 이루도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
    상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 심재에 형성되는 딤플이 서로 직각으로 배열되도록 하여 외측판에 가해지는 굽힘 하중이 심재에 의해 효과적으로 지지됨으로써 강성이 우수하고 변형이 적어 좌굴현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 심재와 외측판이 서로 레이저 용접에 의해 접합됨으로써 작업생산성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The outer plate is attached to the core by laser welding. The core comprises a plurality of dimples(112). A plurality of dimples is formed on one side direction of the core in order to have an internal space. A plurality of dimples is repetitively formed with fixed patterns in a longitudinal direction and traverse direction. The dimple is projected in order to have a planar section and a declined section.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A checking device for welding quality and a checking method thereof are provided to accurately check the welding quality by deciding if a welding is bad when the number of trouble is more than a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION: In a welding quality checking method, a system presets the allowable range and the reference value of brightness, an overheat generating position weight, the brightness intensity of one overheat generation, the generating length of allowable overheat, the generating area of allowable overheat and the generating number of allowable overheat. Then, the system compares a difference between electric signals of the preset reference value and brightness measured by a brightness sensor, with an allowable range. When the difference is over the allowable range, the generating number of overheat and the generating length of overheat are accumulated and the brightness intensity of overheat and the generating area of overheat are calculated. When the calculated generating area of overheat is larger than the preset generating area and the calculated generating number of allowable overheat is more than the preset generating number, the system finally decides that a welding is bad.

The rolls are desirable to be longer than width length of the board and usually the length of the rolls is 10 to 2000mm.
