Abstract: 본 발명은 농축액의 유동성 측정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 하우징(100)과; 상기 하우징(100) 내측에 구비되어 농축액을 자유 낙하시키는 토출부(200)와; 상기 하우징(100) 내측에 회동 가능하게 구비되며, 상기 토출부(200) 하부에 위치하여 자유 낙하된 상기 농축액을 하부로 이동할 수 있게 하는 측정부(300)와; 상기 측정부(300)의 측면을 따라 이동 가능하게 구비되어 상기 농축액의 이동거리와 시간을 감지하는 센서부(400)로 구성되어, 농축액의 유동성을 객관적으로 측정하여 제품군의 측정값에 대한 정확도를 향상시킴으로써 품질 관리 성능을 증대시키는 동시에 제품의 안전성을 높이고 소비자의 불만 발생을 저감시켜 상품성을 향상시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device to measure the fluidity of a concentrate, which comprises: a housing (100); a discharge unit (200) placed inside the housing (100) in order to make the concentrate free-fall; a measuring unit (300) placed inside the housing (100) in order to rotate, and placed in the lower part of the discharge unit (200) in order to move the free-falling concentrate downwards; and a sensor unit (400) placed along the side surface of the measuring unit (300) in order to move, and senses the moving distance and time of the concentrate. Therefore, the device to measure the fluidity of concentrate can improve the quality of management performance, increase the safety of products by improving the accuracy of the measurement values of a product group through objective measurement on the fluidity of the concentrate, and improve productivity by reducing consumer′s complaints.
