摘要： PURPOSE: A basket fixing device for a retort foodstuffs sterilizer is provided to reduce the time to put/take foods in/out of a sterilizing device. CONSTITUTION: A basket fixing device for a retort foodstuffs sterilizer comprises a pneumatic cylinder(110), a moving shaft(120), an elevating member(140) and a pressurizing member(150). The pneumatic cylinder comprises a piston, which is operated according to the control of a controller. One end of the piston from the inner rear side of the rotating body(14) of the sterilizer is connected to the other ends of a compressed-air supply pipe and a compressed-air discharge pipe. One end of the moving shaft is connected to the piston of the pneumatic cylinder through a connecting unit and the other end is movably connected to the rotating body. The elevating member is connected to the moving shaft through a plurality of pins(141) and moves up and down according to the forward/backward movement of the moving shaft. The top of the pressurizing member is fixed to the bottom of the elevating member and pressures the door of a plurality of baskets, which are installed on the rotating body.

摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for putting meat and spice into a stirring container is provided to enable certain lifting in a small space to naturally overturn a lifted carrier, thereby easily stirring meat and spice. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for putting meat and spice into a stirring container includes a conductive tool unit, a lift machine unit, and a carrier(50). The conductive tool unit is placed on one side of a stirring unit to grip a carrier. The lift machine unit lifts the carrier and the conductive tool unit. If the lift machine unit lifts the carrier and the conductive tool unit by a fixed height, spice and meat of the carrier are inputted in a stirring container(21) by overturning the lift machine unit and the conductive tool unit. The lift machine unit elevates the carrier by an arm(35) rotating around a rotation shaft(34).

The rotary shaft is connected to the driving unit and rotates the tank. The rotating unit has a rearward slope shape in which the entrance(44) of the tank is higher than the rear, on which the rotary shaft is located. A screw type blade is installed in the tank to mix the meat with the spice. The mixed meat naturally comes out since in a state the tank rearward slopes, the rotating unit continues to rotate in one direction.

摘要： The present invention relates to a needle for a seasoning injecting device. The purpose of the present invention is to be reused by cleaning inside; and to inject seasonings deep inside meat processed goods, which are being transported, via an inclined injection hole. These purposes are achieved by a locking member; and an insertion unit. A guide member is composed of an upper guide member with upper guide holes which are formed to be connected to receiving holes when the top surface is in face-contact with the bottom surface of a pressing block of a needle block; and a lower guide member which is formed to be screw-joined with the upper guide member and which includes a receiving space unit on the center of the top surface. The receiving space unit is joined to the upper guide member so that seasonings can be stored in the receiving space unit. Lower guide holes are formed on the bottom surface of the receiving space unit to be connected to the upper guide holes. A supply hole which is connected to a supplying pipe branched from a seasoning supplying unit is formed on the front surface of the receiving space unit. One end of the locking unit is locked by the top surface when the other end of the locking unit is inserted into the upper guide hole formed on the upper guide member of the guide member so that the locking unit can be inserted inside the receiving hole formed on the pressing block when being moved upward. As one end of the insertion unit is connected to be separated in order to clean inside, the insertion unit is inserted inside the pressing member when the needle block is moved downward and injects the seasoning stored inside the receiving space unit so that the insertion unit can uniformly inject a fixed amount of the seasonings inside meat processed goods, which are being transported, at constant intervals.
