Abstract: 본 고안은 콘크리트 믹서에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 투입되는 시멘트, 모래, 자갈 및 물의 투입량을 계량하고, 계량되어 투입되는 각 조성물을 혼합하여 콘크리트 조성물을 보다 효율적으로 혼합 및 생성할 수 있고, 보다 정확한 비율의 콘크리트 조성물을 신속하게 생산할 수 있는 혼합 비율의 조절이 가능한 이동형 콘크리트 믹서에 관한 것이다.
이를 위한 본 고안에 따른 혼합 비율의 조절이 가능한 이동형 콘크리트 믹서는 자갈, 모래, 물 등을 구분하여 각 골재들을 투입되어 적재되는 제 1, 2골재호퍼와; 골재호퍼에 적재된 각 골재들을 이송시키는 제 1, 2벨트컨베이어와; 제 1, 2벨트컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 각 골재의 하중을 측정하는 제 1, 2스케일 벨트컨베이어와; 제 1, 2스케일 벨트컨베이어에서 하중이 측정되어 이송되는 각 골재를 혼합하여 이송하는 스크류컨베이어로 형성되는 골재공급부와; 시멘트가 투입되어 적재되는 시멘트 호퍼와; 시멘트 호퍼에 적재된 시멘트를 이송시키는 시멘트 스크류컨베이어와; 시멘트 스크류컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 시멘트의 하중을 측정하는 스케일 스크류컨베이어로 형성되는 시멘트 공급부와; 골재공급부와, 시멘트 공급부에서 공급되는 골재 및 시멘트가 투입되는 유동투입구와, 일단이 회동가능하게 결합되는 힌지부와, 힌지부에 대하여 회동가능하게 지지하는 회동부와, 투입된 골재 및 시멘트를 혼합하여 배출하는 배출구가 형성된 샤프트 믹서와; 스케일 벨트컨베이어 및 스케일 스크류컨베이어에서 측정되는 각 골재 및 시멘트의 이송량을 측정하여 벨트컨베이어 및 시멘트 스크류컨베이어의 구동수단을 제어하여 이송속도를 조절하는 제어부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이에 따라, 본 고안에 따른 혼합 비율의 조절이 가능한 이동형 콘크리트 믹서는, 공사 현장에서 운반되어 공급되는 자갈, 모래, 시멘트 등의 자재의 무게를 정확히 측정하여 정확한 비율로 혼합하여 균질의 콘크리트 생성물을 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for a remote management is provided to manage facilities such as a fish farm or a nuclear power plant easily by informing a state of the facilities such as an error of a field to a manager in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(12) determines whether a proper water temperature is maintained in a fish farm. The sensing unit(12) checks a temperature of an atomic reactor or cooling water of a nuclear power plant. The sensing unit(12) outputs a sensing signal to a control unit(14).
