摘要: The present invention relates to a method to remove a volatile organic compound and a smell contained in an artificial leather fabric or a product applying the same by steam thermal treating the artificial leather fabric or an applied product manufactured from the same. According to the method of the present invention, volatile organic compounds like ammonia and formaldehyde, and a smell caused by the same generated from a product using artificial leather as a material can very easily and significantly be removed.

摘要: A car seat cover comprising a mesh cloth laminated with a perforated polyurethane coating, and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve the shape of the car seat cover and to smooth the flow of the air through a mesh cloth layer by the perforated polyurethane coating layer and to produce the seat cover in a slim design of various patterns by excluding an inner core or sponge foam. A car seat cover is composed of: an adhesive layer(10) for attaching the car seat cover on a car seat body; a mesh cloth layer(20) for applying air permeability and cushioning effect; and a perforated polyurethane coating layer(30) for making the shape clean and neat and smoothing the flow of the air through the mesh cloth layer. Materials for a mesh cloth are polyamide(including nylon), polyester, polyolefin(polyethylene or polypropylene), or polyacrylonitrile monofilament or multifilament.
