摘要: 초고성능콘크리트(UHPC)의타설면을개선하도록초고성능콘크리트타설직후유성타입의표면마감제를도포하여표면건조를방지함으로써, 표면부의공극이제거됨에따라콘크리트표면부의강도를향상시키고내구성능을증가시킬수 있고, 또한, 초고성능콘크리트의표면을매끄럽게함으로써고품질의초고성능콘크리트를제조할수 있으며, 초고성능콘크리트의경화메커니즘에따라수화반응으로수분증발을막음으로써신뢰할수 있는초고성능콘크리트의강도를확보할수 있는, 유성타입의표면마감제를이용하여콘크리트표면의건조를방지하는초고성능콘크리트의제조방법이제공된다.

摘要: PURPOSE: An assembling type electrical heat radiating sheet for curing cold water concrete and a cold water concrete curing method using the same are provided to improve quality by preventing a solidity decline. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire(120) is mounted in a waterproofing sheet(110). An attaching and detaching device(130) is formed at the outer circumference of the waterproofing sheet. At least one conducting joint(140) is comprised at the outer circumference of a heating unit. The attaching and detaching device is formed with velcro. The velcro is formed at the outer circumference of the waterproofing sheet.

摘要: PURPOSE: A concrete bottom plate having fixed ends and absorber pads at support ends and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve work efficiency by performing the loading and unloading works of the concrete bottom plates without an additional crane. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete bottom plate having fixed ends and absorber pads at support ends is as follows. Absorber pads(20) are arranged on the bottom of a form for molding the bottom of a concrete bottom plate(1). The surfaces of the absorber pads have concave grooves. The concave grooves are filled with concrete. The absorber pads are integrally formed on the bottom surface of the concrete bottom plate. Fixed ends(10) for fixing the movement of the concrete bottom plate are integrally formed on the bottom surface of the concrete bottom plate.

摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ultra high performance fiber-reinforced cement composite and ultra high performance fiber-reinforced cement composite are provided to reduce viscosity of cement complex and mixing time and to increase application property by using fine silica powder as substitute for cement. CONSTITUTION: Ultra high performance fiber-reinforced cement composite is composed of the mortar and combined water. The mortar includes 10-30 parts by weight of silica micro-powder which contains zirconium having specific surface area of 80,000-120, 000cm^2/g based on 100.0 parts by weight of cement. The mortar additionally includes 100-130 parts by weight of sand having particle size of less than 5mm and 10-30 parts by weight of filler based on 100.0 parts by weight of cement. A ratio of the combined water to binding material which is composed of silica micro-powder containing cement and zirconium is 0.22 or less.

摘要: PURPOSE: An ultra-high fiber-reinforced concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent break down between cement paste and aggregate or fiber, thereby enhancing strength and toughness economically. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-high fiber-reinforced concrete comprises 10-30 parts by weight of silicon dioxide powder having a fineness of 2,500-4,000cm^2/g compare to 100.0 parts by weight of cement. The ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete comprises mortar including 10-30 parts by weight of reactive powder and 100-130 parts by weight of aggregates based on 100.0 parts by weight of cement. Water is mixed in order to make a ratio of the binding material of the mortar to be less than 0.25. The fiber is a steel fiber having a length of 12-30mm and a diameter 0.2-0.5mm. The steel fiber is mixed 1-5 volume % based on total volume.

摘要: PURPOSE: Cementless concrete using blast slag and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to adequately control the mobility and a time for a coagulating process by coating a water-reducing agent mixed with sugar to the blast slag and adding an activator. CONSTITUTION: Blast slag, fine aggregate, and a water reducing agent mixed with sugar are mixed in a mixer. An activator, coarse aggregate, and water are additionally introduced into the mixer and are mixed. The water reducing agent mixed with super is composed of the combination of sugar and at least one of a melamine-based material or a lignin-based material. The content of the water reducing agent mixed with sugar is 1.5 to 4.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the blast slag. The activator includes at least one of sodium hydroxide or sodium silicate.

摘要: PURPOSE: A non-sintering binder containing blast furnace slag, and a high early strengthening cement-free mortar composition using thereof are provided to easily control the required workability and compressive strength of the binder. CONSTITUTION: A non-sintering binder containing blast furnace slag includes the blast furnace slag and an alkali activation reagent in a weight ratio of 60~80:40~20. The alkali activation reagent is a sodium hydroxide solution, or a mixture of the sodium hydroxide solution and sodium silicate. A high early strengthening cement-free mortar composition contains fine aggregate, water, and the non-sintering binder.
