본 발명은 파이프용 압력가진시험장치를 제공한다. 상기 압력가진시험장치는 파이프의 내부로 일정 압력을 갖는 가스를 공급하는 압력공급유닛과, 상기 파이프로 일정의 진동을 가하는 진동시험유닛과, 상기 파이프의 내부 압력값이 기설정된 기준압력값을 벗어나는 경우에 상기 파이프의 수명을 결정하는 메인제어부를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 브레이징 접합 동관의 내압과 진동과 같은 외부 스트레스 요인에 의한 누설수명을 정확하게 파악하여 브레이징 접합 동관의 수명 및 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

An internal pressure fatigue tester for copper brazing joint pipes and an internal pressure fatigue test method using the same are provided to increase test reliability and to reduce an error of electronic appliances with brazing joints. An internal pressure fatigue tester for copper brazing joint pipes includes an operator(100), a controller(200), and a display device(300). The operator separably supports the copper brazing joint pipe and applies hydraulic pressure to generate fatigue on the copper brazing joint pipe. The controller configures test conditions of the copper brazing joint pipe, takes control of the operator to apply a predetermined hydraulic pressure, and stops the operator if the current hydraulic pressure applied to the copper brazing joint pipe is lowered by 30% of the hydraulic pressure 10/1000 seconds before. The display device shows the states of the copper brazing joint pipe during the test.

A pressure excitation test device for pipes improves the reliability of the brazing joint part by accurately evaluating the leakage lifetime of brazing copper pipes, and applies various vibration conditions to the copper pipes by using the drive cam ascended and descended by a certain width in case of applying the stress condition by vibration. A pressure excitation test device for pipes comprises a pressure supply unit supplying constant pressure gas into a pipe(10) such as the brazing copper pipe; a vibration test unit(200) applying a certain vibration to the pipe; and a main control unit(300) which determines the lifetime of the pipe in case the inner pressure value of the pipe deviates from the set standard pressure value. The vibration test unit comprises a supporting part which includes a fixing plate, a supporting plate and a hinge end and supports both ends of the pipe; a pair of grippers gripping two points of the pipe; a fixing unit connected through the bottom of the grippers and a bearing; a loose axle whose one end is fixed to the central part of the fixing unit and the other end is extended toward the lower side of the pipe so as to be located between the grippers; a drive cam which raises the loose axle by a certain height by contacting with the other end of the loose axle; and a driving part(260) axially connected to the drive cam to rotate the drive cam.
