Abstract: PURPOSE: A fast and efficient pinch roll alignment device is provided to measure the aligned state of a pinch roll by using the incident light and position value of the light which is radiated from a transmitting unit to a receiving unit after the transmitting unit is arranged in between the inflow side and the outflow side of the pinch roll and the receiving unit is installed in the axial direction of the pinch roll. CONSTITUTION: A fast and efficient pinch roll alignment device includes a pinch roll (100), a transmitting unit (200), a receiving unit, and a control unit. The pinch roll comprises an upper roll (110) and a lower roll (120). The transmitting roll is installed in between a pair of pinch rolls, and has a light source on one side for the position and angle of laser irradiation to be adjustable. Multiple receiving units are attached to one side in the axial direction of the upper roll and the lower roll, and receive rays of light which are radiated from the light source. The control unit is set up with an alignment reference value of the pinch roll in advance, and horizontal and vertical alignment errors of the upper roll and the lower roll are identified. Abstract: PURPOSE: An inclination measurement apparatus for a pinch roll is provided to improve the efficiency of a pinch roll inclination measurement work by installing a sensor unit on a movable frame unit. CONSTITUTION: An inclination measurement apparatus(1) for a pinch roll is composed of a mounting body unit(30), a movable frame unit(40), a sensor unit(50), and a control unit. The mounting body unit is attached to a pinch roll and comprises a magnet member attached to the pinch roll and a case unit(31) in which the magnet member is inserted. The movable frame unit is hinged on the mounting body unit. The sensor unit is installed in the movable frame unit and measures the distance between the pinch roll and the movable frame unit. The control unit calculates the inclination of the pinch roll by receiving the measured value from the sensor unit.
