摘要： PURPOSE: A reinforcement structure for an artificial marble sculpture is provided to improve the intensity of vulnerable joints between artificial marble pieces when assembling plural artificial marble pieces together. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement structure for an artificial marble sculpture is attached to the inner side of the assembling part which is formed by the edge of a first artificial marble piece(31) and the edge of a second artificial marble piece connecting each other. The reinforcement structure(50) comprises the following: a pair of fixing blocks(51) attached to the inner side of the edge of the first and the second artificial marble piece; and a connection block(52) interconnecting the fixing blocks.

摘要： PURPOSE: A mold for manufacturing an artificial marble sculpture and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to form an artificial marble board with an exact size and shape by easily attach and detach a mold margin board on the exterior of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold for manufacturing an artificial marble comprises: a mold body(10a) including plural boards with constant thicknesses combined to each other and an artificial marble board closely adhered to a first side; and a mold margin board(15) attachably and detachably connected to the other side except for the first side of the mold body while corresponding with the edge of the first side. The first side of the mold body is the same size and shape of an artificial marble piece for molding.

CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an artificial marble molding comprises the following: dividing a structure of a sculpture for manufacturing into plural pieces through 3D drawing; forming plural molds corresponding each divided formed of the structure(S1); cutting an artificial marble board to match the exterior of the manufactured molds; forming the artificial marble boards corresponding the exterior of the molds by heating the molds and the boards in a vacuum state(S2); and assembling the artificial marble boards together(S3).
