On the supporting tube, holes for sticking ornament stems into the center area are formed. The flower arrangement pipe is made of a flexible tube so that the pipe can be bent to be used. A mounting plate is integrally formed at one end of the flower arrangement pipe so that the flower arrangement pipe can be mounted on a telephone pole or a street light pole by using a binding band.
