    摘要： PURPOSE: Health underwear is provided to fixate cool feeling compositions at a scrotum sac and a preputial sac and lower a temperature of scrotum and penis. CONSTITUTION: A scrotum sac and a preputial sac (3)(4) are respectively and separately formed in order to put scrotum and penis into the inner front side of underwear (2). The scrotum sac and preputial sac are manufactured by adhering cool feeling compositions to fabric. A first composition is manufactured by mixing 5-10 weight% of latent heat material, 25-70 weight% of first monomer, 5-10 weight% of second monomer, 5-10 weight% of essential oil, 2-5 weight% of natural saccharide, 3-10 weight% of nucleating agents and 10-30 weight% of water. The cool feeling composition is manufactured by mixing 20-57.4 weight% of the first composition, 20-25 weight% of acrylic binder, 15-20 weight% of rubber binder, 0.1-1.0 weight% of antimicrobial agent, 3-5 weight% of solubilizer and 4.5-29 weight% of water.
