摘要： PURPOSE: A production method of grain syrup is provided to insert active ingredients of ginkgo leaves using ginkgo leaf boiled water after removing toxicity of the ginkgo leaves. CONSTITUTION: Hard boiled rice is cooked using grains with abundant amount of starch (S100). Malt powder is produced by using barley or wheat, and mixed with water to obtain malt water (S200). The hard boiled rice and the malt water are mixed, aged, and fermented (S300). Refined liquid is filtered from residues of the aged and fermented mixture (S400). The refined liquid is boiled to obtain grain syrup (S500). Dried ginkgo leaves, Perilla ocymoides, and Glycyrrhizae radix are mixed in a ratio of 2:1:1, and the mixture is boiled in water.
