    摘要: The device comprises an artificial lung (34) and a blood reservoir (36) which are joined together. Blood inlet ports (72a,72b) deliver blood from the lung to the reservoir. The blood inlet is in the same plane as the bottom of reservoir and lies horizontally. The blood inlet progressively spreads towards the bottom of the reservoir which is slanted and is situated at the uppermost area. A blood dispersing mesh screen is mounted in the blood inlet ports for smoothing the flow of blood.

This forms a blood inlet section into which blood can flow and a blood reservoir section for storing blood. The fluid charging inlet and blood inlet comprise ports above and below each other.
