    摘要： PURPOSE: A grove for exercise is provided to prevent wrinkle generation on a palm member of the groove and to improve grip force. CONSTITUTION: A groove(1) for exercise comprises an insertion part for inserting hand including fingers by stitching leather cloth of a palm member(3) and hand back side member. The groove also comprises a finger integrating part which is a connected space to contain a plurality of fingers. The groove has a slip by horizontally cutting wrinkle portion of the palm member because wrinkle is formed when a user grips a stick using the groove.
