    摘要: PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding steel strip on mandrel is provided to guide top end part of strip in such a manner that the top end part of the strip is easily inserted into grip groove of the mandrel irrespective of thickness or deformation easiness of the strip. CONSTITUTION: In a strip coiling facility for coiling a strip(110) on which rolling is completed in the rolling process by a mandrel(100), the apparatus comprises a guiding plate(10) one side of which is fixed to a roller body(112) by hinge, and which is arranged between the mandrel and deflector roller(106); first cylinder(30) rotationally fixed to the rear surface of the guiding plate and the roller body to adjust an angle of the guiding plate; and a magnet roller(50) rotationally fixed to second cylinder(60) in front of the guiding plate in such a way that the magnet roller is vertically moved, wherein the top end part of the strip is guided into a grip groove(100a) of the mandrel, wherein the magnet roller is an electromagnet type roller, and wherein the magnet roller comprises a body in which a hollow part is formed, an iron core which is inserted into the hollow part, and on which a conductive coil is wound, and fixing caps connected to both sides of the body by screw to fix the iron core.
