PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing acryl based artificial marble having natural texture patterns are provided, in which shapes of patterns and colors of the artificial marble are varied compared to existing artificial marble. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of supplying two or more liquid phase resins in which pigments having different color are mixed with each other through two or more supply ports respectively; partially mixing the supplied two or more liquid phase resins in a line mixer(1) installed at the middle of the supply ports and discharge ports; supplying the partially mixed liquid phase resin mixture to a mobile steel belt(4) through discharge port nozzle(5) connected to orthogonal uni-axis robot(8) so that the discharge port nozzle(5) is moved side to side, controls moving speed and can be stopped for a certain period of time; and forming irregular patterns by stopping the discharge port nozzle(5) at a designated position of the steel belt(4) for a certain period of time so that the liquid phase resins spread, wherein the line mixer(1) is Kenics type and has 8 or less elements, and wherein natural texture is formed by stopping the discharge port nozzle(5) at a designated position of the steel belt(4) for a certain period of time so that the liquid phase resins spread.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing blocks is provided by using facilities to carry out automation of respective processes comprising automatically transporting blocks from one process to another process without labor of workers and to greatly reduce curing time of the blocks. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a plurality of processes including: a step(S100) for positioning a metallic mold and for arranging native rocks in the mold and filling sands to a desired level of the rocks; a step(S110) for introducing concrete mortar into the sands in the mold; a step(S120) for arranging again native rocks on the concrete mortar; a step(S130) for coating part of the concrete mortar with a first coating solution; a step(S140) for curing the first coating solution and the concrete mortar; a step(S150) for second-coating the cured mortar with a mixed cement; a second curing step(S160) for the second coating cement; and a step(S170) for removing the metallic mold after the second curing step to separate the blocks.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a many-colored concrete block is provided to supply aesthetic feeling by expressing more two colors on the upper face exposed to the outside in a block and to improve the connecting strength between blocks in constructing by materializing various colors in a single block. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing the many-colored concrete block, a block forming frame(10), a forming space(11), separating stands(12) and roller guide boards(13) are included. The forming space(11) is formed in the block forming frame(10) to inject the basis concrete or the colored concrete. The separating stands(12) are installed on the upper side of the block forming frame(10) to inject the colored concrete selectively and it is possible to remove and stick the separating stands(12) according to the use of the block. The roller guide boards(13) are installed on the outside of the separating stands(12) to move front and rear.
