    摘要: 본발명은, 외관이미려하고장기간이지나도천연의다양한색상과광택등이그대로보존됨과동시에파손되지않도록고강도로성형되는유골분결정체및 그제조방법에관한것이다. 이와같은본 발명에따른유골분결정체는, 입자크기가 0.01~0.02㎜로되게분쇄한유골분에서이물질을제거하고내부온도가 300~500℃로되는건조기에넣어 10~20분간건조하여수분함량이 10~20중량%로되게건조하는준비단계(10)와, 상기유골분 80~90중량%에보강재를 10~20중량% 투입하고혼합하여 1차혼합물을얻는제1혼합단계(20)와, 상기 1차혼합물에천연매염제를 0.03~0.05중량% 첨가하고혼합하여 2차혼합물을얻는제2혼합단계(30)와, 상기 2차혼합물을성형판에종횡일정간격으로함몰형성된성형홈에각각충전하는충전단계(40)와, 상기 2차혼합물이충전된성형판을전기로에넣고 800~1000℃에서 15~25분가열용융한후 용융된용융액을냉각하고성형판에서분리하여유골분결정체를얻는성형단계(50)를포함하여이루어지는제조방법에의해제조되는것을특징으로한다.
