PURPOSE: A cold recycled asphalt concrete manufacturing apparatus and method are provided to enable smooth production of recycled asphalt concrete by continuously supplying a fixed amount of various components to a mixer. CONSTITUTION: A cold recycled asphalt concrete manufacturing apparatus comprises an aggregate supply part(10), a stone powder supply part(20), an additive supply part(30), an emulsified asphalt supply part(40), a water supply part(50), and a mixer(60). The aggregate supply part comprises a new aggregate supply part(11) in which new aggregate is dropped to a horizontal conveyor(13) through a new aggregate scale hopper(112) and a circulated aggregate supply part(12) in which circulated aggregate is dropped to the horizontal conveyor through a circulated aggregate scale hopper(122). The new aggregate and the circulated aggregate are mixed through a vibrating screen(14) and dropped to an inclined conveyor(15). The mixed aggregate is temporarily stored in a first temporary storage(16) and injected into the mixer.

PURPOSE: A cement mixing device and a batcher plant for manufacturing ready-mixed concrete including thereof are provided to reduce scattering dusts by mixing cement in a sealed space, and to apply to a conventional batcher plants. CONSTITUTION: A cement mixing device comprises the following: a main body housing(210) including an inlet(211) and an outlet(213) in the upper side and the lower side; a first mixing unit(230) formed in the inside of the main body housing to mix the cement admixture inserted through the inlet; and a second mixing unit(250) connected to the lower side of the first mixing unit to spray a chemical admixture for mixing with the cement admixture transferred from the first mixing unit, and to discharge the mixture through the outlet. The first mixing unit comprises: a first casing(231) in a cylindrical shape with an inlet on the upper center side; a first screw(233) with a right-handed thread(233a) on one side and a left-handed thread(233b) on the other side while combined with the first casing to rotate; and a first driving motor(235) rotating the first screw.

PURPOSE: A concrete batch plant formed with two mixers is provided to improve the efficiency of production of ready mixed concrete, and to reduce the time of working. CONSTITUTION: The concrete batch plant comprises an aggregate supply hopper(5) integrated with a gauge(1); an aggregate reservoir(20) having an aggregate transfer conveyor(10) for supplying aggregate to two mixers(45) after measuring the aggregate in order to supply an appropriate amount of aggregate; a cement reservoir(30) for supplying cement to the mixers after measuring the cement in order to supply an appropriate amount of cement; a water tank(40) for supplying a fixed amount of water; and two mixers for mixing the cement, the aggregate, and the water for a desired time. By using two mixers, the efficiency of working doubled, and even if one mixer breaks down, the plant is able to be continuously driven by driving another mixer without a break.

The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing cold mix recycling asphalt concrete, in which cement mortar fine particles discharged from a recycled aggregate cement mortar peeler are added when a waste asphalt concrete emulsifying agent and cement are mixed to manufacture recycling asphalt concrete so as to recycle the cement mortar fine particles. The present invention can recycle the waste asphalt concrete as well as the cement mortar fine particles discharged from the recycled aggregate cement mortar peeler to certainly realize the recycling of the waste matters and reduce environmental pollution.

PURPOSE: A fiber reinforcement concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve the phenomena of a fiber ball and a cement ball generated from a conventional fiber reinforcement concrete and to improve production ability by reducing mixing hours. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforcement concrete is composed of the following steps of: the step(ST11) of a first input wherein a fine aggregate(As), a thick aggregate(Ab), and a fiber reinforcement are input into a mixer or a batcher plant; the step(ST12) of a first mixing wherein the fine aggregate(As), the thick aggregate(Ab), and the fiber reinforcement input into the mixer or the batcher plant are mixed for five to fifteen seconds at the first input step; the step(ST13) of a second input wherein cement(Ce) and a admixture(Am) are input to a first mixture mixed at the first mixing step; the step(ST14) of a second mixing wherein the cement(Ce) and the admixture(Am) input into the mixer or the batcher plant are mixed with the first mixture for five to fifteen seconds at the second input step; the step(ST15) of a third input wherein water(W) and an admixture(Ag) are input to a second mixture mixed at the second mixing step; the step(ST16) of a third mixing wherein the water(W) and the admixture(Ag) input to the mixer and the batcher plant are mixed with the second mixture for ten to twelve seconds; and the step(ST17) of discharging wherein the final mixture mixed at the third mixing step is discharged from the mixer or the batcher.
