摘要: PURPOSE: An injection molding method is provided to uniformly keep the physical properties of injection molded products by using an optimized ram-speed profile calculated by numerical analysis. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding method using an optimized ram-speed profile comprises the steps of: measuring the physical properties and viscosity of injection molding materials; calculating the optimized ram-speed profile by using the measured physical properties and viscosity of the injection molding materials; and applying the calculated optimized ram-speed profile to an injection molding process.

摘要: The present invention includes: a first step of producing a laminate using a plate or a film that has ball structures formed on one side thereof; a second step of trimming the laminate by cutting an outline of the laminate after heat forming the laminate to be joined with a mold for in-mold injection; and a third step of inserting the laminate in the mold for in-mold injection and then molding the laminate by in-mold injection. According to the present invention, the laminate on which micro-ball shapes or structures are formed is mechanically joined with an object for injection during an in-mold injection process. Therefore, the laminate and the object for injection are tightly joined resulting in high reliability.
