摘要: PURPOSE: A method for imprinting a hologram on a molded article by using uneven holograms is provided to improve quality of a molded article by imprinting holograms on not only a flat surface but also a curved surface of the molded article. CONSTITUTION: A method for imprinting a hologram on a molded article by using uneven holograms is as follows. A film is composed of a base material(111), a hologram receiving layer(112), and a metal deposited layer(113). The film is embossed with holograms so that uneven holograms are imprinted. The film imprinted with the uneven holograms is closely attached to an injection mold by a vacuum generator after inserting in the injection mold. Synthetic resin is put into the injection mold and heated and cooled in order to imprint the uneven holograms formed in the film on the molded article.

摘要: Disclosed are an injection mold for an inner cover member for insert injection molding of an inner cover member of an electronic device case including multiple parts with different required properties, and a method for forming an inner cover member using the same. The disclosed injection mold for an inner cover member forms a product by inserting a transparent window into a cavity formed by contacting an upper core and a lower core and injecting a molten resin. The transparent window comprises a center part, and an outer circumferential part which is thinner than the thickness of the center part and is protruded from the outer circumference of the center part to be more protruded than the upper side and the lower side of the center part. A lower installation groove in which the center part of the transparent window and a lower shape limiting groove liming the lower shape of a part of the inner cover member except for the center part are formed on the upper side of the lower core of the injection mold for an inner cover member. When the center part is installed on the lower installation groove, the outer circumferential part invades a region of the lower shape liming groove, and a gap for the molten resin to be flowed in is formed between the bottom of the lower shape limiting groove and the outer circumferential part.

The concavo-convex pattern unit forms a pattern on one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the light guide panel. The side concavo-convex pattern unit forms a pattern on the side surface of the light guide panel.

A manufacturing method of the mobile phone window performs the followings: a step for mounting to the injection mold the dried polymethyl metacrylate(PMMA) film(S1); a step that it injects after molding both sides of the film which is laid in the injection mold to the resin with the mold(S2); a step for deburring the foreign material it thoroughly investigates with UV the injected film(S3); a step for depositing the silica(SiO2) and titanium dioxide(TiO2) and mounting to the deposition jig film(S4); and a step printing the design layer on the evaporated film(S5).
