The main unit adjusts the axle base between the blanket roller and the PS roller. The inking unit comprises multiple ink rollers coating ink film on the PS roller surface. The impress unit comprises an impress roller(310). The frame supports the main unit, the inking unit and the impress unit.

PURPOSE: A reverse gravure offset printing method, using one-time-use clincher, and a printing device thereof are provided to use a separate heating lamp when a heating member is arranged at the outside of a convex roller. CONSTITUTION: A reverse gravure offset printing device comprises a clincher feeder(200). The clincher feeder is arranged in one side of the reverse gravure offset printing device. The clincher feeder supplies clincher(CL). After switching off the unnecessary pattern from a roller(110) the clincher is discharged. The clincher feeder comprises a unwinder(210), a rewinder(220) and an imprint device(230). The unwinder is arranged in one side of the reverse gravure offset printing device and releases a web(W) in which clincher printed. The imprinting device is arranged between the unwinder and the reverse gravure offset printing in order to print the clincher on the web.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a jacket for an offset both-side recording apparatus is provided to improve the printing quality by compressing the surface of a jacket with a cylindrical roller. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a jacket for an offset both-side recording apparatus is as follows. A wear resistant layer is formed on a surface of a thin base plate which is inserted in a cylindrical container of an offset printing apparatus(S30). The base plate formed with the wear resistant layer is compressed to press a protruding part of the wear resistant layer, thereby flattening the surface(S40). Hydrophobic and oleophobic fillers are spread on the surface of the wear resistant layer to form a coating layer filling a plurality of air pores existing in the wear resistant layer(S50).

CONSTITUTION: An offset printer(1000) comprises a paste feeding unit(20), a gravure roll(30), and a doctor unit. The paste feeding unit supplies paste. The gravure roll is rotated, and has concave grooves(301). The concave grooves accept the paste supplied from the paste feeding unit. The doctor unit is contacted with the surface of the gravure roll, and cleans the paste on the surface of the gravure roll.

The length in which the width of the concave part and a pressed crevice of a doctor blade(6) are overlapped is set up as the range in which impact and vibration are not generated. The width of the concave part on the gravure cylinder is about 10mm. The width in which the doctor blade is overlapped is about maximum 25%.

When an object(60) to be printed is contacted with the printing portion of the rubber cylinder, the object is transferred with the rubbing of the protrusion friction surface. The printing portion of the rubber cylinder is printed on the object to be printed while the object is transferred.

본 고안은 오프셋 인쇄 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따른 오프셋 인쇄 장치는 그라비아 롤과 닥터 유닛 및 자석 흡수체를 포함한다. 그라비아 롤은 표면부 및 표면부에 형성된 오목홈을 포함하며, 오목홈에 페이스트를 수용한다. 닥터 유닛은 페이스트를 임시 수용하여 오목홈에 제공하도록 적용되고, 표면부와 접하여 표면부에 묻은 페이스트를 닦아내는 닥터 블레이드와, 닥터 블레이드를 고정하는 고정 부재를 포함한다. 자석 흡수체는 고정 부재에 설치되고, 닥터 블레이드 상에 임시 수용된 페이스트와 접촉하여 페이스트에 포함된 금속 이물질을 흡착한다.
