    摘要: PURPOSE: A reverse gravure offset printing method, using one-time-use clincher, and a printing device thereof are provided to use a separate heating lamp when a heating member is arranged at the outside of a convex roller. CONSTITUTION: A reverse gravure offset printing device comprises a clincher feeder(200). The clincher feeder is arranged in one side of the reverse gravure offset printing device. The clincher feeder supplies clincher(CL). After switching off the unnecessary pattern from a roller(110) the clincher is discharged. The clincher feeder comprises a unwinder(210), a rewinder(220) and an imprint device(230). The unwinder is arranged in one side of the reverse gravure offset printing device and releases a web(W) in which clincher printed. The imprinting device is arranged between the unwinder and the reverse gravure offset printing in order to print the clincher on the web.

The base plate formed with the wear resistant layer is compressed to press a protruding part of the wear resistant layer, thereby flattening the surface(S40). Hydrophobic and oleophobic fillers are spread on the surface of the wear resistant layer to form a coating layer filling a plurality of air pores existing in the wear resistant layer(S50).
