The present invention provides a fastener for stop lamp switch which has a fastening structure having a new composition and a new method, makes an assembling process easy, and has excellent fixing force. The fastener includes a locking cover that includes a mounting hole through which a support pillar of the stop lamp switch penetrates and is inserted in the center thereof, and includes a plurality of joining protrusions formed on an upper side thereof; and a location determination member which is formed in the shape of a ring and is an elliptic joining hole having a straight portion in the middle thereof in a horizontal view. On a portion of an inner side of the joining hole, a female screw part which is joined with a male screw part of the support pillar of the stop lamp switch is formed. The location determination member is inserted and joined to a joining protrusion of the locking cover.

The present invention relates to a pedal switch and, more specifically, a pedal switch comprising: a housing (100) which is mounted on a pedal; a substrate (110) which measures a voltage by being mounted on the housing (100); a first plate (120a) and a second plate (120b) which are mounted on the substrate (110) and send out a first signal and a second signal alternately according to the stroke of the pedal; a first variable resistance (130a) and a second variable resistance (130b) which are mounted on the substrate (110) and measure a variable resistance according to the stroke of the pedal; a wiper carrier (140) which is installed in the substrate (110) to be connected with the pedal in order to be rotatable; multiple brushes (150) which are mounted on the wiper carrier (140) and sense a variable resistance and an operation signal according to pedal operations; and a terminal (160) which sends out a variable resistance and an operation signal which are sent by the brushes (150) to an ECU by being connected with the brushes (150). The present invention is able to reduce a production cost and weight by integrating a sensor and a switch which are respectively mounted on the pedal of a vehicle and increase marketability by improving space efficiency.

PURPOSE: A brake pedal sensor and a signal generation method using a brake pedal sensor is provided to prevent malfunction due to a foreign substance and to remove spark and noise generation by sensing the movement of a brake pedal with a hall switch as a non-contact method. CONSTITUTION: A brake pedal sensor(10) comprises a magnetic field generating unit, a driving unit, a circuit board, a circuit board accommodating unit(500), a main body(100), and a magnetic field cutoff unit. The magnetic field generation unit generates a magnetic field. The driving unit moves a plate by supporting and being connected to the plate. The circuit board comprises a first hall switch and a second hall switch. The circuit board accommodating unit accommodates the circuit board. One side of the main body is connected to the driving unit, and the other side of the main body is connected to the circuit board accommodating unit in order to supply movable space of the driving unit. The magnetic field cutoff unit is connected to a fixing groove of the main body and blocks the magnetic field generated externally.

Each of operating switches for the respective signal lamps is arranged in a predetermined position such that a driver operates the switch and a switch signal is transmitted to the lamp.
