The purpose of the present invention is to provide a safety device for a sealing machine which can safely seal the inlet of a waterproof pack (plastic cover) where a cellular phone is stored, without any burn or injury of a user who does not have related skills. The present invention is based on the conventional temporary sealing machine for a waterproof pack, where an operating heater descends, hot-presses the inlet of a waterproof pack placed on a fixated heater, and then returns when pushing the inlet of the waterproof pack where a cellular phone is stored into the inlet of the sealing machine and pressing a switch. However, the safety device for a sealing machine prepared by the present invention can sense a finger which is wrongly placed on the inlet of a sealing machine through a sensor and can reversely operate a step motor in order to immediately lift and restore a descending elevating body, by installing the sensor for transmitting a normal or reverse operation signal of the step motor and by installing a safety pin that is installed in the front side of the elevating body and descends along with the elevating body that descends to hot-press.

PURPOSE: An automatic packing device for paper cups is provided to improve productivity and to reduce manpower by automating a series of processes for packing a bundle of the paper cups in vinyl and loading the packed vinyl on packing boxes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic packing device for paper cups comprises a vinyl wound roll(20), a paper cup transferring conveyor(10), a pneumatic cylinder, a spacer(21), and fusion tools(23,23a). The paper cup transferring conveyor continuously receives and transfers bundles of paper cups. The pneumatic cylinder individually transfers the bundles of paper cups to individually pack the bundles of paper cups in vinyl. The spacer forms a space by widening the vinyl to put the bundles of paper cups into the vinyl released from the vinyl wound roll. The fusion tools horizontally reciprocate on a guide rail(22) to fuse and cut the vinyl.

CONSTITUTION: A high-speed molding machine for a shaped pouch comprises a hopper, a liquid distributing device, a nozzle, a sealing device(100), a pouch traction roller, and a cutting and separating device. The sealing device comprises a first sealing mold(103a), a second sealing mold, a link, and a first drive motor(114). A compression surface with a sealing pattern is formed on the front surface of the first sealing mold and a first heater(102) is attached to the rear surface of the first sealing mold, and the first sealing mold is fixed to a frame. A compression surface matching with the first sealing mold is formed on the front surface of the second sealing mold and a second heater(103b) is attached to the rear surface of the second sealing mold, and the second sealing mold is attached to a movable block, which moves along a rail, via a first hydraulic cushion. The link has small and large ends(119b,119a) on both ends thereof, wherein the small end is hinged on the rear side of the movable block and the large end has a circular hollow for connection of the link to the rotary shaft of the second drive motor. The first drive motor moves back and forth the link according to the rotation of an eccentric cam so that the second sealing mold is advanced to a position for meshing with the first sealing mold and then retreated.
