CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an insulated paper vessel is as follows. One surface of a paper is coated with a thermoplastic resin with a low-melting point and is dried(601). The other surface of the paper is coated with a first foam restrainer(602). Two adhesive parts, a curling part, and a horseshoe part of the paper are coated with a second foam restrainer and dried(603). A printing layer is formed on a thermoplastic resin with a low-melting point(604). The thermoplastic resin with low-melting point is formed for 20seconds to 4minutes(605). A body member is cut from the foamed paper(606). Both ends of the body member, which are not foamed, are adhered to each other(607).
