摘要: The present invention relates to a method for automatically winding an inspection fabric (3) to be tight and a device thereof. A square frame (10) including a left and a right wall plate (40,50) enables the inspected inspection fabric to be piled up on a first conveyor belt (21), a second conveyor belt (22), and a third conveyor belt (23) in zigzag. A conveyor belt motor (60) supplies rotatory power to a rotary shaft of the first, the second, and the third conveyor belt. When the inspection is completed, a controller (96) rotates a first rotary shaft (21a) of the first conveyor belt to the opposite side of an inspection device by controlling the rotation of a winding motor (70). A second rotary shaft (23b) of the third conveyor belt is rotated to the inspection device so that the rotary shaft of the first conveyor belt to the opposite side of the inspection device due to the rotatory power of the winding motor. The inspection of the fabric is completed as a second rotary shaft (23b) of the third conveyor belt is rotated to the inspection device and is wound. The large or small fabric piled up in the zigzag is automatically wound regardless of the size so that efficient work is possible, and transportation and storage is facilitated. Moreover, the method for automatically winding the inspection fabric to be tight can reduce a storage space by reducing the volume of the wound fabric and prevent accidents in which a worker injures during the transportation as the fabric is tightly wound and is easily transferred.

摘要: A vinyl sheet winder without using a paper pipe is provided to decrease volume and weight of vinyl sheet for significantly reducing logistics costs by not using the paper pipe. A vinyl sheet winder(1) without using a paper pipe includes a vinyl sheet feeder(10), a winding unit(20), a driving unit(30), a controller(40), and a cutting unit(50). The vinyl sheet feeder feeds vinyl sheet. The winding unit includes a winding pipe(25). The winding pipe winds the vinyl sheet thereon and is divided into several pieces for unloading the vinyl sheet wound. The driving unit rotates the winding unit. The controller includes a winding counter(41) and controls the driving unit and the cutting unit. The winding counter is electrically connected to the controller and detects an amount of the vinyl sheet wound. The cutting unit is positioned between the vinyl sheet feeder and the winding unit and cuts off the vinyl sheet after a predetermined length of the vinyl sheet is wound.

The tension applying unit has rotation bars (32). The rotation bars have movement guide rollers (31) for moving a cut film (P) to the guide roller.
