摘要: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing environment-friendly recycled aggregates of high strength by crushing the construction waste are provided to increase strength against external pressure, by forming a coating film and to remove the offensive odor. In an apparatus for manufacturing environment-friendly recycled aggregates of high strength by crushing the construction waste, a supply unit feeds the recycled aggregates passing through crushing and foreign material sorting processes. A spraying unit(90) is composed of: a coating agent tank storing liquid potassium sodium coating agent; a pump pumping up the coating agent stored in the coating agent tank; a spraying guide conveyor(91) receiving the recycled aggregates from the supply unit, and transferring the received aggregates; and a spray nozzle(92) installed at the upper part of the spraying guide conveyor to spray the potassium sodium coating agent pumped by the pump, on the recycled aggregates transferred along the spraying guide conveyor.

摘要: A method for manufacturing multi-purpose fillers having buoyancy is provided to produce a buoyant material by forming a waterproofing coating layer on porous stone and reduce a production cost by using recycled urethane as a main material. A method for manufacturing multi-purpose fillers having buoyancy includes the steps of: (s10) sorting waterless porous stone particles by size; (s20) stirring 75-90wt% of the sorted porous stone particles and 10-25wt% of a primer in an agitator to impregnate the porous stone particles with the primer; (s30) stirring 60-75wt% of the resultant porous stone particles and 25-40wt% of recycled resins as a waterproofing material to form a first waterproofing coating layer on the primer-coated porous stone particles; (s40) spraying a proper amount of calcium carbonate while stirring the porous stone having the first waterproofing layer so as to prevent cohesion of the porous stone particles; (s50) curing the first waterproofing coating layer of the porous stone; (s60) stirring 65-75wt% of the cured porous stone and 25-35wt% of a waterproofing material in an agitator to form a second waterproofing coating layer; (s70) stirring the obtained porous stone particles while adding 80-90wt% of calcium carbonate and 10-20wt% of a tourmaline powder, and stirring the porous stone having the second waterproofing coating layer in such a way that the particles do not cling to one another; and (s80) curing the obtained porous stone particles.

A manufacturing method of the nonflammable sound absorbing material comprises the following steps: mixing The first inorganic binder and the expanded vermiculite in weight part ratio of 1:1; drying the mixture; mixing 60-80 parts by weight of the expanded vermiculite coated with the first inorganic binder and 20-40 parts by weight of the second inorganic binder; compression-molding the mixture; and processing a surface of the compression-molded mixture.

摘要: PURPOSE: A heat-insulating and waterproofing method for a building is provided to prevent poisonous gas in the event of a fire by employing expanded perilte composition. CONSTITUTION: A heat-insulating and waterproofing method for a building is as follows. Expanded perilte composition is prepared by coating expanded perilite particles with an adhesive and cement, yellow soil, or white soil. A surface for heat-insulating and waterproofing construction is arranged and a primer is spread. The expanded perilte composition and a waterproofing material is mixed and the mixture is placed to the thickness of 30~100mm, wherein the waterproofing material helps the bonding of particles in the expanded perilte composition. The surface coated with the expanded perilte composition is finally coated to the thickness of 0.5~3mm.
