    摘要: A manufacturing method of emulsion low velocity explosive is provided to obtain an explosive which generates reduced concussion during explosion and to control the total number of explosives which explodes at once by employing expanded polystyrene. A low velocity explosive comprises sensitizer of 4.0% by weight of micro-hollow sphere in emulsion matrix consisting of ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, water and combustion material and further comprises 0.43-3.53% by weight of expanded polystyrene having specific gravity of 0.044g/cc in order to obtain explosion velocity of 3,254-2,042m/s. A manufacturing method of emulsion low velocity explosive comprises a step of stirring the sensitizer of 4.0% by weight of micro-hollow sphere in emulsion matrix consisting of ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, water and combustion material and further comprises 0.43-3.53% by weight of expanded polystyrene having specific gravity of 0.044g/cc in a blend mixer at 110-130rpm. The sodium nitrate has purity over 99.0%. A mineral oil having viscosity of 50-80cST and specific gravity of 0.80-0.90 at 200deg.C is used for combustion material solution. An emulsifier is amine salt of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride type.

    摘要: An explosive mixture is provided to occur no fire by flame in blasting because flame and post-explosion are not generated, to generate little noise and vibration because an explosive rate is befittingly slow. An explosive mixture includes oxidizer of 5 %~95%(weight%), fuel of 2%~50% as main components and speed decreasing agent of 0%~80%, sensitizer of 0%~20% and desensitizer of 0%~20% as additives. A speed of explosion at confined state is 10m/s~1 000m/s. An O.B. of gunpowder is -5%~+50%. The oxidizer is nitrate(MNO3). The speed decreasing agent is ferric oxide(Fe2O3), the sensitizer is sulfur(S) and the desensitizer is light oil(CH2), liquid paraffin, vaseline.
