    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a powder coating composition for producing a coating layer showing matte appearance with no need of adding polyurea and/or other fillers. CONSTITUTION: The powder coating composition comprises: (A) a crosslinking agent; and (B) a COOH group- and/or OH group-containing polyester component including 10-80 wt% of at least one amorphous polyester (B1) and 20-90 wt% of at least one (semi)crystalline polyester(B2) , obtained by reacting 50-100 mol% of succinic acid and/or adipic acid and/or sebacic acid and/or dodecadionic acid and/or anhydrides and/or esters with 50-100 mol% of monoethylene glycol, butane-1,4-diol and/or hexane-1,6-diol, wherein the polyester has an OH number of 0-200 KOH/g, COOH number of 0-150 mg KOH/g, with the proviso that at least one of OH number and COOH number is greater than 0, and the number of reactive groups applicable per polyester functional group is 0.6-1.2.
