    摘要: A foamed material constituting a thermal insulator (360) which comprises 50 wt % or more of a non-resin component, preferably 50 to 70 wt % of a mixture of cellulose, starch and a poly(vinyl alcohol). In a more preferable embodiment, the foamed material contains 30 wt % of cellulose, 25 wt % of starch and poly(vinyl alcohol 2C, 0.7 wt % of an antioxidant, 0.2 wt % of a mildewproofing agent, 0.2 wt % of a pigment and 43.9 wt % of a polyolefin resin (2), wherein the antioxidant is a phenol type antioxidant having a melting point of 110°C being lower than that of the polyolefin resin.

    摘要: PURPOSE: An antifogging sheet and a container using the same are provided to improve antifogging and mold releasing property, thus being capable of keeping high antifogging property in a hot molding or a winding process, while using a small amount of silicone oil. CONSTITUTION: The antifogging sheet comprises a base resin sheet and a coating layer formed on at least one surface of the base sheet, wherein the coating layer comprises polyhydric alcohol fatty acid esters and hydrophilic polymers, and has projected parts with a height of 0.2-2micrometer from the surface thereof, in which the projected parts are present with the density of 5-50 numbers per 1mm2 of the coating layer.

The aerogel-foam composite has the compressive strength greater than 15Mpa. The open-cell foam has the porosity greater than 90%, and contains a polymer selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, polyvinylchloride, polycarbonate, polyester, polymethyl (meth)acrylate, polyurea, polyether, polyisocyanurate, and their combinations.

As a foam comprising 30 to 95% by weight of a polyolefin-based resin, 4 to 69% by weight of a hydrophilicizer of a cellulose-based powder, and 1 to 30% by weight of an inorganic powder, a carrier for fluid treatment is characterized in that the surface of the foam has a melt fracture state. The melt fracture state has a specific surface area ratio represented by the expression B/A=1.5 to 4.0, where A denotes an apparent specific surface area of the foam, and B denotes an actual specific surface area of the foam. The hydrophilicizer is exposed to the surface of the foam or projected from the surface of the foam. The polyolefine-based resin is a composition of which a melt flow index is represented by 5 to 25 g/10 min.
