본 발명은 우수한 강성 및 투명성을 가짐과 동시에 자외선을 선택적이고 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는, 특정 용융지수를 갖는 폴리카보네이트 수지에 2-하이드록시벤조트리아졸 유도체 및 하이드록시페닐-1,3,5-트리아진 유도체 중 1종 이상의 화합물과 벤조사졸 유도체 및 쿠마린 유도체 중 1종 이상의 화합물을 혼합한 렌즈용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 폴리카보네이트 수지에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른, 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 우수한 강성 및 투명성 특성을 가질 뿐 아니라 자외선에 대한 취화성 개선 및 자외선 차폐 효과가 있어, 이로부터 제조된 폴리카보네이트 수지는 스포츠 고글, 안면보호장구, 보안경 등 다양한 형태의 렌즈 소재로 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.

A composition is disclosed that includes at least one polyolefin, at least one organic peroxide, and an antioxidant mixture of a composition of at least one polyolefin, at least one organic peroxide, and an antioxidant mixture. The antioxidant mixture has at least one fast radical scavenger selected from the group consisting of low hindered phenols, low hindered thiophenols, low hindered thiobisphenols, aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, NOR HALS, hydroxylamines, and mixtures thereof, and at least one long term stabilizer selected from the group consisting of low hindered phenols, highly hindered phenols, thiosynergists, aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, HALS, hydroxylamines, and mixtures thereof. The preferred polyolefin is a homopolymer of ethylene or a copolymer of ethylene and the compositions are useful in insulating media for medium and high voltage wire and cable applications.

PURPOSE: A polymer composition for electric wire is provided for preventing the declination of the mechanic properties such as tensile strength and elongation and improving the flame retardation. CONSTITUTION: The polymer composition comprises: 70-97 parts by weight of a matrix comprising one to four thermoplastic polyolefin matrix resins; 3-30 parts by weight of an ionomer where metal ions are linked to the backbone of ethylene polymer by substitution; 50-180 parts by weight of an inorganic flame-resistant material; 1-40 parts by weight of a promoter for flame retardation; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a low molecular weight coupling agent; and 0.5-6 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The polyolefin matrix resin is HDPE (high density polyethylene), MDPE (medium density polyethylene), LDPE (low density polyethylene), LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), ethylene-vinyl acetate, ethylene-ethyl acrylate, ethylene-methyl acrylate or ethylene-acrylic acid. The inorganic flame-resistant material is aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate or magnesium carbonate which is surface-coated with a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic acid such as stearic acid and oleic acid or a binder such as vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriepoxysilane and titanate.
