摘要: A device for manufacturing molten iron comprises a melter-gasifier in which reduced iron is charged to process fine ore remaining in a reducing furnace by a drying method; a multi-stage reducing furnace connected to the melter-gasifier for providing reduced iron; and a dumping unit for discharging the fine ore remaining in the reducing furnace. The dumping unit includes a discharge line installed to the other reducing furnace connected to a final reducing furnace among the reducing furnaces and in which the remaining fine ore is discharged; a transfer line connected between the discharge line and the final reducing furnace to transfer the fine ore to the final reducing furnace; a supply line connected to the transfer line to supply high pressure gas to the transfer line; and a gas supply unit connected to the supply line.

摘要: PURPOSE: A blast furnace with no emission of CO2 using microwaves is provided to heat a melting furnace with high-temperature radiant heat emitted from a SiC ceramic layer irradiated with microwaves, thereby melting iron ore with high thermal efficiency through indirect heating. CONSTITUTION: A blast furnace with no emission of CO2 using microwaves comprises a cylindrical melting furnace(110) and a microwave oscillator(120). The melting furnace has the same diameter along the length thereof and is built with a refractory material inside. A ceramic layer, composed of SiC with superior self-heating performance, is formed on the exterior of the refractory material. The microwave oscillator provides microwaves to the melting furnace. The refractory material is a magnesia based or alumina based refractory material.

摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of low sulphur molten reduced iron using Fe-containing sludge and an apparatus thereof are provided to produce low sulphur molten reduced iron of good quality by manufacturing molten reduced iron by cooling after removing the floated impurities. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus(100) of low sulphur molten reduced iron using Fe-containing sludge is composed of a rotator(110), a moving pipe body(130), a melting furnace(150), and a cooling device(170). An input port(110a) and an outlet port(110b) are formed at one end and the other end of the rotator. The moving pipe body controls the moving amount of molding material(B) discharged by connecting one end to the outlet of the rotator. The melting furnace melts the molten material(C) by a burner(151). The melting furnace removes the floated impurities(D). The cooling device manufactures the molten reduced iron(E) by cooling the molten material discharged from the melting furnace.

An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises: a fluidized reduction furnace(20) for reducing fine iron ore to convert the fine iron ore into reduced materials; a melter-gasifier into which the reduced materials and bulk carbonaceous materials are charged, and oxygen is blown to manufacture molten irons; and a reducing gas feeding pipe for feeding a reducing gas exhausted from the meter-gasifier into the fluidized reduction furnace, wherein the fluidized reduction furnace comprises a distributor(211) installed in the fluidized reduction furnace to distribute the reducing gas, and distributor nozzles respectively installed in a plurality of through holes(2112) formed in the distributor, and wherein the distributor nozzles include: inclined nozzles(231) which are positioned in proximity to an inner wall(210) of the fluidized reduction furnace, which are inclined to the inner wall side of the fluidized reduction furnace, and which comprise a nozzle part(2311) and a nozzle guide part(2313); and vertical nozzles surrounded by the inclined nozzles.
