摘要: The present invention relates to an electro-galvanizing method of a plate punching hole, and more specifically, to an electro-galvanizing method of a plate punching hole comprising a degreasing step (S100) for dipping the entire plate into a sodium hydroxide solution of 0.5 M maintaining the temperature of 70-80°C for three minutes; a pickling step (S200) for dipping a plate into a hydrochloric acid solution of 10 wt% for 10 seconds at room temperature; an adhesion layer forming step (S300) for forming an adhesion layer by spraying a liquid metal adhesive to the surface of a punching hole dented in the plate in a thickness of 1.15-1.35 μm; a deposition layer forming step (S400) for coating the adhesion layer with copper powder of 300-400 mesh in a thickness of 1.55-2.25 μm; and a zinc precipitation step (S500) for ionizing and extracting zinc, which is connected to an anode, on the surface of the punching hole by dipping the entire plate into an electrolyte.
