    摘要: Polyvinyl alcohol fiber for reinforcing concrete and cement is provided to offer high elasticity and high intensity of the fiber by dispersing polyvinyl alcohol monofiber, and to offer improved performance of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber. Polyvinyl alcohol fiber for reinforcing concrete and cement is manufactured with high tenacity polyvinyl alcohol filament. An aspect ratio of polyvinyl alcohol monofiber is 50~750. The aspect ratio is measured with the monofiber length(mm) and a section diameter. The polyvinyl alcohol filament includes 10g/d - 20g/d of intensity, 6% - 10% of elongation at break, and 20~100mum of the section diameter. The length of the monofiber is 5~15mm.

    摘要: A base material for cushioning consisting of a nonwoven fiber mass in which fibers containing wet-heat bondable fibers are entangled, wherein bonded joints of fibers formed by the fusion of the wet-heat bondable fibers are distributed nearly uniformly. The base material may further contain a conjugate fiber having a phase-separated structure composed of plural resins different in heat shrinkage factor and the conjugate fiber may be entangled in a state crimped nearly uniformly to an average radius of curvature of 20 to 200 μm. The base material can be produced by a process comprising the step of forming fibers containing the wet-heat bondable fibers into a web and the step of subjecting the web to wet-heat treatment with high-temperature steam to bond fibers to each other through fusion. The base material exhibits high air permeability and is excellent in cushioning properties and softness.

    摘要: A non-woven type laminated paper manufactured by a wet-laid type and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the horizontal direction strength and the dimension stability and to lower the production cost by adjusting the orientation of the surface paper and the rear paper for forming the laminated paper without an adhesive. A non-woven type laminated paper is formed by lamination of a surface paper and a rear paper. The surface paper and the rear paper are manufactured from the paper material solution including a natural pulp, a synthetic fiber and a binder fiber, and are thermally pressed to form the laminated paper. The laminated paper has the longitudinal direction(MD) having 65-72% longitudinal alignment property and the horizontal direction(CD) having 28-35% horizontal alignment property. The surface paper has the longitudinal orientation having 75-85% longitudinal alignment property and the horizontal orientation having 15-25% horizontal alignment property. The rear paper has the longitudinal orientation having 40-65% longitudinal alignment property and the horizontal orientation having 35-60% horizontal alignment property. The paper material solution consists of the natural pulp of 50-70 wt%, the synthetic fiber of 25-48 wt%, and a binder fiber of 2-5 wt% having melting temperature of 60-80 degrees celsius. Further, the synthetic fiber has a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 deniers and a length of 5 to 32 mm, and the binder fiber has a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 deniers and a length of 3 to 4 mm.
