摘要:
The present invention relates to an artificial grass mat and an apparatus for manufacturing same. The artificial grass mat (1) includes multiple pile yarns (3) corresponding to artificial grass; a lining (5) where the multiple pile yarns (3) are tufted; a coating film (7) that is formed by applying a coating agent to a lower surface of the lining (5) where the pile yarns (3) are exposed; and an outer shell (9) that is heated and pressed on the lower surface of the lining (5) where the coating film (7) is formed. The artificial grass mat manufacturing apparatus (51) includes a pile yarn supply unit (53) that supplies multiple pile yarns (3); a lining supply unit (55) that supplies a lining (5); a weaving unit (57) that tufts the pile yarns (3) to the lining (5); and a coating unit (59) that applies a coating agent to a lower surface of the lining (5). The artificial grass mat manufacturing apparatus (51) further includes an outer shell supply unit (61) that supplies an outer shell (9); and an outer shell pressing unit (63) that heats and presses the outer shell (9) on the lower surface of the lining (5). The coating agent is applied only to a stitch part of the pile yarn, thus coating agent consumption can be reduced and mat manufacturing costs can be lowered. In addition, mat durability can be improved by the outer shell and mat water drain performance can be improved by a water drain groove.

A nonwoven is presented which comprises thermoplastic fibres having a melting point Tm(th), binding fibres 1 having a melting point Tm(1) and binding fibres 2 having a melting point Tm(2), with Tm(th), Tm(1) and Tm(2) being subject to the condition that Tm(th) > Tm(1) > Tm(2), and the nonwoven containing the binding fibres in the form of a solidified melt. Also presented is a tufted nonwoven of the aforementioned kind which contains tufting yarns. Finally, products are presented which contain the nonwoven and/or the tufted nonwoven.
摘要:
A tufted product, a manufacturing method thereof and the use of the same are provided to manufacture the upper layer of the improved tufted carpet simply and economically. A tufted product is manufactured by using a spliceable fiber adhered in the vicinity of the stitch point and/or the stitch point of the tufting backing when performing a tufting process. The content of the used spliceable fiber is 10 to 100 wt%. The mixture of spliceable fiber and non-spliceable fiber is used. Two or more incompatible polymer components are used as the spliceable fiber. One of polymer components has the low melting point. One or more polymer components have the weight ratio of below 20 wt% with the entire weight of the fiber, preferably below 10 wt%. The polymer component with the low weight ratio is used as an adhesion component or a combining component and the melting point thereof is lower than that of the other polymer component.
