CONSTITUTION: A water gate with a foreign substance removal device includes a drain(10), a water gate(20), a hoisting gear(30), an air pressure injection part(40), and an air inlet. Both top ends of the water gate are installed with a cylinder rod(24). The bottom end of the cylinder rod is inserted into a cylinder for a pumping operation. The air pressure infection part is equipped with an injection nozzle(46) in a horizontal connection pipe(44) for injecting air into the drain. CONSTITUTION: A debris barrier having an earth control function comprises a central panel(11), left and right panels(12), multiple driftwood blocking bars(13), and drainage paths(20). The driftwood blocking bars are composed of stainless steel pipes and are vertically positioned at the top surface of the central panel. The drainage paths are horizontally formed in the central panel in multi-stages. Pipes having different diameters penetrate through the drainage paths to control the draining amount of water.
