摘要:
The present invention relates to a complex wall girder and a construction method thereof. The complex wall girder enables horizontal members (a deck plate, a beam) and a complex wall to be easily connected and enables the horizontally adjacent horizontal member to be structurally continuous. The complex wall girder also allows a user to economically construct the complex wall as the resistance of a lateral force on the complex wall is increased. The complex wall girder includes a lower vertical wall in which a horizontal expansion frame is integrally inserted or is inserted into the upper part; an upper vertical wall installed on the upper part of the lower vertical wall; the horizontal member installed on the horizontal expansion frame; and concrete cured by being placed on the upper part of the horizontal member, an upper opening space, and an inner empty space of the lower vertical wall. [Reference numerals] (AA) Transverse direction;(BB) Longitudinal direction

A lower vertical wall; a center diaphragm frame, which is a diaphragm, in which an opening space (S) is formed in order for a transverse reinforcing bar to penetrate the opening space; concrete cured by being placed on the upper part of a horizontal member and internal empty space of the lower vertical wall so that the transverse lower vertical wall and the center diaphragm frame are structurally integrated; and a complex wall girder (steel plate-concrete) for obtaining structural continuity in the transverse direction to the horizontal member by penetrating the center diaphragm frame and being extended to both sides are disclosed. The present invention relates to a prefabricated composite wall structure which is eco-friendly and has thermal insulation capabilities. More specifically, the eco-friendly prefabricated wall is made by utilizing ocher and enables organic assembly coupling between the prefabricated walls to ensure excellent on-site workability. The present invention includes: a prefabricated wall standardized in a predetermined size to be assembled in multiple units in the horizontal and vertical direction to fit the construction area of the wall; a lateral wall connecting bar which rigidly connects side ends in contact with each other when the prefabricated walls are arranged and assembled in the horizontal direction; and a horizontal connecting bar which rigidly connects upper and lower ends in contact with each other when the prefabricated walls are arranged and assembled in the vertical direction.

PURPOSE: A wall structure for a Korean-style house is provided to reduce construction time and costs by manufacturing all members using ready-made articles. CONSTITUTION: A wall structure for a Korean-style house comprises two pillars(120), chevron members(210), square fixing members(220), and a dry panel(230). Two mortises(121) are vertically formed on the facing planes of the pillars. The chevron members are coupled to the mortises. The square fixing members are fixed to the chevron members and the edge of a wall. The ends of the dry panel are coupled to the stepped parts between the chevron members and the square fixing members.

PURPOSE: A wall construction method is provided to improve the performance of a wall and to form an outer wall by covering a core surface with mortal. CONSTITUTION: A wall construction method comprises as follows. A core material for a wall covered with reinforcing material(3) is covered on the surface of an insulating material(1). Horizontal and vertical support stands are located among columns of a building. The core is clinched on the support stand using the welding lamp member in order to install a temporary wall. A coating material for the wall formation is spread on the surface of the installed edge wall using a mortar method. The coating material spread in the temporary wall, is cured in order to form the exterior wall.
