The rain blocking part is extended from the rear side of the coupling part to block rain and sunlight and to guide the transfer of the rain.

The freezing unit is connected to the measurement unit to regulate the temperature of the interior of the artificial light illuminating unit so that the interior temperature cannot be increased or decreased above or below predetermined temperatures. The control plate controls the temperatures of the freezing unit and the measurement unit.
