본 발명은 단면이 결손된 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트 구조물의 접착력 및 접착내구성 향상을 위한 단면복구 보수공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트 결손표면과 단면복구재의 계면접착력 및 접착내구성을 강화시켜 단면이 결손된 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 보수후, 잔존 수명동안 재보수에 대한 유지관리 비용을 절감할 수 있는 단면이 결손된 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트 구조물의 접착력 및 접착내구성 향상을 위한 단면복구 보수공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 단면이 결손된 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트 구조물의 단면복구 보수공법에 있어서; 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트의 결손표면에 소정깊이를 구비하도록 복수의 구멍을 형성하고, 상기 구멍내로 충전되도록 콘크리트 또는 철근콘크리트 표면에 접착제를 도포 양생하여 접착지지층을 형성시킨 후, 상기 접착지지층이 형성된 철근콘크리트 표면에 단면복구재를 도포하여 단면을 복구하도록 되어 있다.

PURPOSE: A complex repair method for a surface with a water leak is provided to integrate perfectly with an existing construction and perfectly block the water leak, thereby remarkably improving an existing method. CONSTITUTION: A complex repair method for a surface with a water leak comprises: a step of punching holes(10) into a surface(102) of a concrete construction(101) to repair the water leak along a water leakage path(100) at predetermined intervals; a step of blocking the water leak by inserting a foaming water-stop agent into the water leakage path through the punched holes; a step of inserting a sealing water-block agent into the water leakage path through the punched holes so that a water-block barrier is formed by applying pressure to the foaming water-stop agent after a predetermined period of time passes after inserting the foaming water-stop agent; a step of installing a backup material in the water leakage path after partially skimming the surface of the water-block barrier, and then filling and curing an elastic sealant(12) in the water leakage path; and a step of attaching an elastic sheet(14) to the surface of the concrete construction and the surface of the water leakage path. A repair and reinforcing method of structure is provided, which enables to rapidly repair structure by attaching the FRP tape to the crack region and prevents crack progress. A repair and reinforcing method of structure comprises: a step of arranging the surface of the structure in which the crack is generated(S10); a step of applying the mortar on the exterior of the concrete structure(S12); a step of attaching the fiber reinforced plastics(FRP) tape to the surface of the structure in which the cracking is generated to cover the cracking(S20); and a step of attaching a protection sheet to the surface of structure to cover the fiber reinforced plastics tape.

A carbon fiber sheet reinforcement method using by high tensile bolts is provided to prevent carbon fiber sheets from separating between epoxy and final finishing material. A carbon fiber sheet reinforcement method using by high tensile bolts(13) includes the steps of: pitching a concrete(10), and treating the base surface on which carbon fiber sheets(30) are installed with a grinder; attaching a wire mesh(11) on the base surface; digging a hole on the contact surface of the concrete and wire mesh perpendicularly, and inserting the high tensile bolt in the hole; finishing the exposed part of the high tensile bolt by using an epoxy(20), and attaching the carbon fiber sheet on the base surface, and then applying epoxy.
