The present invention relates to a jack-up device for extending the height and a floor which is used to increase the height of a truss structure roof and, more specifically, a jack-up device for extending the height and a floor of a roof by inserting and fixing a reinforcement member into a column and a jack-up system using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to extend the height and the floor of the roof of a large building by supporting a truss of the roof with a support member instead of fixing one side of the column and lifting the truss with the jack-up device.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for continuous lifting of a structure are provided to continuously raise a settled structure up to the desired height. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for continuous lifting of a structure comprises an insert member(110), a support member(120), a reactive force supporting part(130), an inserting and lifting unit(140), and a position-fixing unit(150). The insert member is installed in an installation hole to be extended toward the ground. The support member is fixed on a structure on an end and extended upward. The reactive force supporting part is fixed to the top of the support. The inserting and lifting unit is installed between the insert and the reactive force supporting part to insert the insert member to a support layer and raise the structure. The position-fixing unit fixes the raised position of the support member with respect to the insert member in order to prevent the descent of the raised structure.

PURPOSE: A structure lifting apparatus using insertion and excavation and a structure lifting method using the same are provided to easily lift a structure by easily inserting an insertion body into the bottom of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A structure lifting apparatus using insertion and excavation comprises a reaction support body(200), an insertion body(300), an insertion unit(400), a lifting unit, and an excavator(600). The reaction support body is composed of a pair of box bodies. The box bodies are separated from each other to form an inner space(S) in the bottom plate(110) of a structure(100). The insertion body is set in the inner space and is inserted into the ground through the bottom plate of the structure. The insertion unit comprises lower and upper insertion blocks(420,430), an insertion block connection member(440), and a pressure jack(410). The insertion block connection member connects the lower and upper insertion blocks to each other. The pressure jack presses the lower insertion block downward. PURPOSE: A repair or reinforcement method for the existing structure using a repair or reinforcement system using reaction force of a pressurizer is provided to secure the safety on the existing structure without giving harmful influence to the surrounding structures by noise and vibration controls. CONSTITUTION: The repair or reinforcement method for the existing structure using a repair or reinforcement system using reaction force of a pressurizer comprises the steps of: forming a hole on the existing foundation or a floor slab structure which is required for repair or reinforcement, inserting a reinforcement pile and installing a reinforcement pile to make the upper part in the appointed interval between the existing structure; installing a frame assembly where the upper part of the reinforcement pile is supported around the reinforcement pile; installing a pressurizer such as a hydraulic jack(400a) or a jack support(400b) to an interval between the upper part of the reinforcement pile and the existing structure, applying reaction force on the reinforcement pile by using a pressurizer to make the reinforcement pile press-fit to the ground under the existing foundation or the floor slab structure; if the reinforcement pile press-fits to the appointed depth to support the foundation or the floor slab of the existing structure, and forming the reinforcement pile and the existing foundation or the floor slab structure of the existing structure in one, wherein the frame assembly is used as a pressurizing support of the pressurizer.
